Lipsa somnului sau \u00eentreruperea lui fie \u00een timpul somnului lini\u015ftit, c\u00e2t \u015fi \u00een timpul somnului cu mi\u015fc\u0103ri rapide ale ochilor \u2013 perioada viselor \u2013 dezechilibreaz\u0103 organismul \u015fi ne expune bolilor.<\/p>\n<p>Potrivit Abecedarului de obezitate, dac\u0103 sc\u0103dem durata somnului la 5-6 ore pe noapte cre\u015fte riscul de diabet cu 30%, dar \u015fi dac\u0103 prelungim durata la peste 8 ore risc\u0103m s\u0103 facem diabet. \u00cen acest din urm\u0103 caz riscul a fost cuantificat la 50%.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru a avea un somn odihnitor suntem \u00eendemna\u0163i s\u0103 facem sport, s\u0103 ne trat\u0103m apneea dac\u0103 suferim de ea \u015fi s\u0103 sc\u0103dem \u00een greutate.
