Rezisten\u0163a la insulin\u0103 este un semnal de alarm\u0103 pentru diabetul zaharat de tip 2.<\/p>\n<p>Pacien\u0163ii cu risc de diabet zaharat de tip 2 sunt deseori ruga\u0163i s\u0103 fac\u0103 exerci\u0163ii, dar exerci\u0163iile fizice nu ajut\u0103 pe fiecare pacient \u00een mod egal. Pentru a investiga aceast\u0103 variabilitate, un e\u015fantion de femei a fost \u00eemp\u0103r\u0163it \u00een func\u0163ie de nivelurile lor de rezisten\u0163\u0103 la insulin\u0103 (mai mic \/ mai mare) \u015fi toate au f\u0103cut regulat antrenament fizic de intensitate mare. Rezisten\u0163a la insulin\u0103 este un semnal de alarm\u0103 pentru diabet zaharat, cine prezint\u0103 aceast\u0103 afec\u0163iune av\u00e2nd \u015fanse mari s\u0103 fac\u0103 diabet, dac\u0103 nu-\u015fi schimb\u0103 stilul de via\u0163\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Antrenamentul a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163it, \u00een general, toate m\u0103sur\u0103torile testate pentru s\u0103n\u0103tatea cardiometabolic\u0103. Femeile cu rezisten\u0163\u0103 mai mare la insulin\u0103 au observat adesea \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163iri ale analizelor privind cantitatea de glucoz\u0103 \u015fi insulin\u0103 din s\u00e2nge, conform unui studiu realizat de cercet\u0103tori de la Universiatea Los Lagos (Chile), Universitatea Rosario (Colombia), Departamentul de \u015etiin\u0163e Medicale din cadrul Universit\u0103\u0163ii din Navarra (Spania) \u015fi Institutul de S\u0103n\u0103tate Carlos III din Pamplona (Spania) \u015fi citat de Science Daily.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Rezisten\u0163a la insulin\u0103 \u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un nou studiu publicat \u00een revista \u201eFrontiers in Physiology\u201d sugereaz\u0103 c\u0103 HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training, adic\u0103 antrenamentul pe intervale de \u00eenalt\u0103 intensitate, care are la baza ideea c\u0103 eforturile intense, dar scurte ca durat\u0103, pot aduce mai multe beneficii dec\u00e2t efortul sus\u0163inut, de lung\u0103 durat\u0103) este o modalitate eficient\u0103 de reducere a riscului oamenilor de a dezvolta diabet zaharat de tip 2, indiferent de nivelul lor de rezisten\u0163\u0103 la insulin\u0103 (un semnal esen\u0163ial de avertizare pentru diabet).<\/p>\n<p>Rezisten\u0163a la insulin\u0103 \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 organismul nu mai r\u0103spunde adecvat la insulina din s\u00e2nge. Insulina este un hormon secretat de pancreas dup\u0103 mese \u015fi a c\u0103rui func\u0163ie este sc\u0103derea glicemiei (zah\u0103rului din s\u00e2nge). Sub ac\u0163iunea insulinei, glucoza este introdus\u0103 din s\u00e2nge \u00een mu\u015fchi \u015fi ficat (sub forma de glicogen) \u015fi \u00een celulele adipoase (sub forma de gr\u0103sime). Atunci c\u00e2nd exist\u0103 rezisten\u0163\u0103 la insulin\u0103, pancreasul trebuie s\u0103 produc\u0103 o cantitate mai mare de insulin\u0103 pentru a men\u0163ine glicemia normal\u0103. Aceasta va duce la dislipidemie (trigliceride m\u0103rite, colesterol \u201cbun\u201d sc\u0103zut), cre\u015fterea tensiunii arteriale, obezitate \u015fi poate duce la diabet zaharat de tip 2.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru a opri acest lucru, pacien\u0163ii cu factori de risc cum ar fi rezisten\u0163a crescut\u0103 la insulin\u0103 cunoscut\u0103 sunt adesea ruga\u0163i s\u0103 practice activitate fizic\u0103, dar aceasta nu func\u0163ioneaz\u0103 la fel de bine pentru toat\u0103 lumea.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Antrenemente de anduran\u0163\u0103 sau de mare intensitate? \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aceast\u0103 diferen\u0163\u0103 de r\u0103spuns la exerci\u0163iu este bine cunoscut\u0103, dar a fost, de obicei, investigat\u0103 la persoanele supuse unor programe tradi\u0163ionale de exerci\u0163ii de anduran\u0163\u0103. Antrenamentul pe intervale de \u00eenalt\u0103 intensitate (HIIT), o alternativ\u0103 mai recent\u0103 la aceste programe de exerci\u0163ii fizice, este mai eficient din punct de vedere al timpului \u015fi s-a dovedit c\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163e\u015fte indicatori ai s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi \u00een alte grupuri.<\/p>\n<p>Profesorul Mikel Izquierdo, de la Universitatea Navarra, \u015fi echipa sa au \u00eencercat s\u0103 afle dac\u0103 un program de antrenament HIIT ar putea ajuta pacien\u0163ii, indiferent de nivelul de rezisen\u0163\u0103 la insulin\u0103, s\u0103 reduc\u0103 nivelul de insulin\u0103 \u015fi de glucoz\u0103 din s\u00e2nge \u015fi s\u0103 scad\u0103 riscul de a dezvolta diabet zaharat de tip 2.<\/p>\n<p>Au fost, de asemenea, monitorizate \u015fi greutatea, tensiunea arterial\u0103 \u015fi circumferin\u0163a taliei, care sunt asociate cu alte boli cardiometabolice, cum ar fi hipertensiunea arterial\u0103. Scopul echipei a fost de a g\u0103si o modalitate eficient\u0103 de reducere a riscului oamenilor de a dezvolta boli cardiometabolice \u00een viitor \u015fi de a determina ce persoane vor beneficia cel mai mult de diferite programe de exerci\u0163ii.<\/p>\n<p>Patruzeci de femei adulte sedentare cu risc de diabet zaharat de tip 2 au practicat timp de 10 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni antrenamente de tip HIIT. Femeile au fost \u00eemp\u0103r\u0163ite \u00een dou\u0103 grupuri pe baza nivelului lor de rezisten\u0163\u0103 la insulin\u0103 \u015fi au fost comparate diferen\u0163ele dintre r\u0103spunsurile lor la programul de exerci\u0163ii. \u00cen general, programul HIIT a adus schimb\u0103ri pozitive \u00een ceea ce prive\u015fte valorile de s\u0103n\u0103tate cardiometabolice. Mai multe femei din grupul cu risc mai mare au v\u0103zut beneficii din programul de exerci\u0163ii fizice, mai ales atunci c\u00e2nd vorbim despre tensiune arterial\u0103 \u015fi nivelurile de glucoz\u0103 \u015fi insulin\u0103 din s\u00e2ngele lor.
